Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. *Must be 12 or older to sift glass powders. Small shapes and ornaments are great for younger ages.
Techniques: We’ll use various techniques depending on the class. Including fusing, slumping, painting, bubbles, and embossing. We’ll be creating with recycled window glass, homemade custom patterned mosaic glass, small colored glass pieces, embossing paper and glass powders, and more.
Themes: Alaskan wildflowers, fish, waves, birch trees, anything channeling Alaska and the outdoors.
I’ve been working with Fused Glass off and on for over 25 years, the last 2-3 specifically with “Float” or Window Glass.
I will guide you in creating a unique art piece you’ll love displaying in your space. Come with ideas and feel free to message me with any questions.
Your glass will be ready for pick up within 10 days.

Pet allergies, we have two dogs and two cats. The cats keep to themselves and the dogs are not in the studio during open hours.
Coffee, tea, and a light snack will be provided. Feel free to bring your favorite sip and snack of your choice.

Nightlight ($38) Est. 1hr. Create a stunning Fused Glass Nightlight or Sun-catcher. Design fireweed or look through my other templates. Feel free to create your unique design. We’ll build this mosaic style with a glass-on-glass technique. Cut and nip custom patterned mosaic glass along with small glass frit and chunks to create your design. Finished with a metal clip and a white automatic light sensitive nightlight base. Measures 3x4”, Choose from a rectangle, circle, butterfly or triangle.
Cresting Wave ($115) Est. 2.5hrs. Love the rhythm of the ocean? Use my template or design your own. Use the pre-hammered colored glass chunks or nip or cut from my custom patterned mosaic glass. Complete your scene by creating sea life impressions behind the glass. I hope this draws you in and brings you a little closer to the coast. Measures approximately 4.5” x 15”.
Circle Wave ($40) Est. 1.5hrs. Design a beautiful 5" Sun-catcher. This is just one example of a 5" sun-catcher. Cut and nip from the custom kiln fired mosaic glass and add other embellishments, the possibilities are endless! Measures approx. 5”.
Mosaic Fish Wall Hanging ($130) Est. 3-5hrs. Decorate a Beautiful Fish Wall Hanging. Comes with the design template in the picture, other templates can be fitted as well, feel free to come with design ideas. We’ll build this mosaic style with a glass-on-glass technique. Cut and nip custom patterned mosaic glass along with small glass frit and chunks to create your design. Finished with ¼ twine. Measures approx. 18”.
Birch Tree Suncatcher ($78) Est. 3hrs. (Double sided) Create a three layer Birch Tree Sun-catcher. I have lots of templates. Choose whether you would like it to hang or sit in a clear acrylic stand. Stands are an additional $3. Measures 6”.
Rainbow Sun-catcher ($112) Est. 3hrs. These look amazing in a window!! Cut, nip and glue shapes from my large selection of custom mosaic and plain glass, along with small glass pieces to create your unique rainbow. There are endless design options! We’ll create a channel at the top for a cord to hang. Measures 3x20"
Waterfall Garden Art Plant Stake/Sun catcher ($68) Est. 2hrs. Cut custom kiln fired patterned glass along with smaller glass pieces. This stake measures 3x12”. It slides onto a stainless steel rod and is easily removed for winter, or we can add a channel and hang it with string.
Wind Chime ($72-$84) Est. 2hrs. For all the chime lovers out there, come create a wind-chime of your choice. I have the bird chime pictured ($72). Or use the ornament shapes available instead, this includes two for a layered effect ($84). Also, feel free to create your own shapes.
Northern Lights (Sun-catcher $138 or Clock $156) Est. 3hrs. We’ll build this mosaic style with a glass-on-glass technique. Cut and nip custom patterned mosaic glass along with small glass frit and chunks to create your design. Then mask and sift glass powders to create the sky and trees. Choose to use my template or draw your own. Measures 11 inches.
Salmon Wall Hanging ($130) Est. 3hrs. We’ll use two techniques to create these beauties. Cut your fish out of fiber paper to create and impression under your glass. Use stencils and bright glass powders to make them unique. Cut and nip custom patterned mosaic glass along with small glass frit and chunks to create your water. Then design your impressions and sift glass powders to melt onto your fish from behind! Finished with ¼” twine. Measures approx. 18”.
Large Kiln Carving w/Glass Powders ($86) Est. 2hrs. Use an exacto knife or scissors to cut designs out of fiber paper, this material creates and impression under the glass. You’ll cut a few larger designs and sift glass colorful glass powders onto these along with colored small glass pieces. You’ll also cut smaller designs, like swirls, leaves, birds and grass. These will remain clear and create an impression. Multiple designs available. Measures 6” x10”. Predrilled and finished with 1/4" twine.
Kiln Carving w/Glass Powders Medium ($58) Est. 1-2hrs. Use an exacto knife or scissors to cut designs out of fiber paper, this material creates and impression under the glass. You’ll cut a large design and sift glass colorful glass powders onto these along with colored small glass pieces. You’ll also cut a background design. These will remain clear and create an impression. Multiple designs available. Comes with a clear acrylic stand. Measures 4.5”x9”.
Kiln Carving w/Glass Powders Circle ($38) Est. 1-1.5hrs. Use an exacto knife or scissors to cut designs out of fiber paper, this material creates and impression under the glass. You’ll cut a larger design and sift glass colorful glass powders onto it along with colored small glass pieces. You’ll also cut smaller designs, like swirls, leaves, birds and grass. These will remain clear and create a clear impression. Multiple designs available. Measures 6”.
Succulents Plant ($58) Est. 1-1.5hrs. These sweet repositionable water free plants are the cutest in any space. Cut your petals and sift colored glass powers, choose from so many stencils. Comes with a white pot and rice.
Cactus ($76) Est. 2-3hrs. Learn to cut and nip glass, sift glass powders and make your own fused glass cactus. I have these three designs for you to choose from, feel free to create your own design. They come in a white pot of rice and no green thumbs are needed!!
Snake Plant ($128) Est. 1.5hrs. These elegant snake plant leaves are simple to make and look so beautiful. Cut your leave from clear window glass, sift colorful glass powders onto each, use stencils to create a unique design. No green thumb needed and can be easily repositioned. Finished in a 6” white pot of rice.
Beaded Fish Mobile ($86) Est. 2-3hrs. I’m loving these fun beaded fish mobiles! Come cut glass, assemble your pieces and sift glass powders, I have lots of stencils. Each will be finished with twine and natural wood beads. This is a great project if you’re new to cutting and glass powders!
Birch Tree Clock (Sun-catcher $138 or Clock $156) Est. 2-3hrs. I just love clocks! No templates on these. I’ll teach you how to cut the glass and the trees will grow as you go. When your trees done, you’ll sift glass powders and add other details on top to finish it off. Measures 11” across. Hangs with 1/4" twine, or clock hardware with black or white hands. Please let me know during checkout if you’d like yours as a clock or sun-catcher.
Wise Old Owl ($95) Mini (40) Est. 2hrs. We’re owl in this together!! Our base is an 8” precut glass circle. I’ll teach you to cut and nip feathers and other details. When you’re ready you’ll sift glass powders on top and we’ll fire them in the kiln! Feel free to use mosaic glass as well. These are finished with ¼” twine.
Double Layer Birch Tree ($98) Est. 2-2.5hrs Come make a beautiful, layered birch tree with me. We’ll use two layers of 9x6” glass and sift glass powders between using stencils to create shadows and detail. Then build your birch trees on top. Lots of Ideas can be used with this technique.
Coaster ($26) Est. 1hr. Sift Glass Powders or Mosaic to create your own custom coaster. Comes with rubber feet. The example is glass powders sifted onto the glass and stencils to help create the clouds and trees. Measures 4”x4”.
Bird Feeder – ($112) Est. 2-3hrs. Let”s feed some sweet birdies! Create a fused glass roof to shelter a suet treat. These measure 8”x8”. Each side needs designed with weight balance in mind, choose to sift glass powders and/or mosaic. They fire twice in the kiln, once to melt the glass together, and another to bend it into a curved shape. A perfect little roof!!
Mirror (11" Large $140/ 6.5" Small $70) Est. 3-5hrs. This is one of my favorites! Come create a beautiful, fused glass mirror. Cut shapes to assemble your design. Choose from my selection of custom kiln fired patterned and plain glass, along with small glass pieces to create your unique piece. Use my template or design your own! Finished with a mirror and hidden hanger.
Nautilus ($95) Est. 2 hrs. There’s something about the seaside. This beautiful, stacked glass nautilus shell brings me there every time. Create your own unique shell. Cut strips of clear and custom mosaic glass, stack your pieces on edge incorporating clear and your pa favorite custom patterned glass. Everything softens in the kiln and bends to a wonderful, elegant texture. Measures approx 8".
Wall Vase ($62) Est. 1.5-2hrs This lovely wall vase holds water and a handful of cut flowers. Such a cute vase for kids and adults to display cut flowers or starters in. Finished with twine. Measures approx 9" Class size 4-16.
Stacked Cross ($60) Est. 1-1.5hrs. Create a stunning clear or colorful stacked Cross. Cut strips of clear and custom mosaic glass and stack them on edge. Each piece comes with a wall hook. Measures approx. 8" Class size 6-12
Capsized Bubbles ($56) 1.5-2hrs. Choose from my designs or create our own, learn to cut and nip glass to create your elements. Use glass powders to create the crackle and bubble paints, paint, and frit to finish your creation. The magic transformation happens in the kiln. Rings can be added to hang. Stands or frames can be purchased in the studio. Square base glass measures 6".
Burst ($95) Est. 2hrs. Create your own burst of glass, color and light! This stunning piece is impressive. Cut strips of clear and custom mosaic glass to build your design. Finished with twine. Measures approx. 8". Class size 4-8.
Glass Powdered Mirror (11.5" Large $140/ 7" Small $70) Est. 3hrs. Create a beautiful fused glass mirror. Cut clear glass shapes and sift glass powders. This is a great starter project for anyone new to cutting and sifting powders! Finished with a mirror and hidden hanger.
Charcuterie Board ($185) Est. 3hrs. Decorate a unique recycled glass charcuterie board. We’ll cut, nip and glue custom mosaic glass onto your base. Then create a few impressions and sift glass powders that melt onto the glass from behind! These are fired in the kiln twice, once to melt everything together and another to bend the handles. Measures 8x17”.
Wildflower Panel (Large $130) (Small $70) Est. 3-5hrs. Decorate a unique sign or panel, add words, numbers or leave it blank. I have many templates, feel free to come with your own design ideas. We’ll cut, nip and glue pre-colored plain and patterned window glass shapes onto our base glass to create different designs. Choose Vertical or Horizontal. Vertical is the most common choice and the direction I have the most templates. Measures 6"x16" and & 9x4.
Lazy Susan (11” Large $152 - 6” Mini $55) Est 1-3hrs Join me for a fun project! Let’s create a 6” Mini Lazy Susan. Choose to sift glass powders like my lily pad design, feel free to add paint and stencils to this technique (this takes the least amount of time). Or, mosaic yours with custom made mosaic glass. Super cute and unique no matter how you spin it!
Glass Book ($58) Est 2-3hrs Book lovers beware. I dare you to keep your hands off this little beauty! Craft Your Own Handmade Glass Book. No experience needed—just creativity! Design and create your own one of a kind functional glass book! Everything is provided. Start by using custom mosaic glass or choose to sift glass powders for a quicker option and bring your design to life. Each book has a 3×4” front and back cover with a 3/4x4” spine. Once your covers are finished and fired I will glue them to the faux leather and sting them to a ½ stack of predrilled paper. I can’t wait to see what you create.
Glass House ($67) Est 2-3hrs Come decorate a fun Glass House. I’ll have 4 sides and roof pieces cut and ready for you. Use custom mosaic glass, paints and other glass embellishments to design your house. Each roof will be fired with wire and bent to fit, it will be removable. I will silicone the sides together after firing and finish it off with an LED tea-light. Such a sweet little house, it’s sure to light up someone’s day! USB LED Bases also available.
Free Standing Curve 8” ($102) Est 2-3hrs This 8x8 inch free standing curve will look beautiful on your windowsill with the sun streaming through, or backlit with a candle illuminating your design. This is fired twice to achieve its curved, free-standing shape. Each curve is two layers thick, allowing you to sift glass powders or create bubbles behind your mosaic designs.
Picture Holder 3x9” ($54) Est 1.5-2hrs Create a self standing Picture Holder and display your favorite photo. Start with a 3x9 glass base and create your design with custom mosaic glass or cut clear glass designs and trap bubbles, and other textures. We’ll create a gap between the glass allowing you to slip in a photo. This is fired twice to achieve its curved, free-standing shape.
Wreath 11" ($134) Est. 2-3hrs This stunning fused glass wreath can be designed for any occasion. Decorate with clear window glass and sift glass powder to achieve the effect I have in the picture. Or mosaic yours’s to suit your style. Learn to cut and nip glass to create your unique design.
Mushroom Cap Set ($48) Est 1-1.5hrs Bring some creative color to your plants with this Mushroom Cap Set. Cut your mushrooms out of clear glass then choose to use glass powders, mosaic glass, paints and bubbles to create your design. Each cap has a copper tube fused between the glass, allowing them to sit on a firm rod in your pot. There are so many colors and design to be explored.
Mini Jellyfish ($98) Est 2 hrs. These eye-catching Jellyfish are fun to create. We’ll cut custom mosaic glass and assemble our jelly tops. Add embellishments like paint, bubbles, frit, and paper glass to create your unique jelly. Then cut strips of clear glass for tentacles, add glass powders, paper glass, frit and bubbles for an incredibly unique look. Finally nip glass circles and make them into bubbles which hang inside your tentacles for a delicate chime. They really are magical. Finished with wire and chain. Top Measures 6", tentacles 9".
Jewelry (Pendent $16, Earrings $22, Set $34) Est. 1hr Create your own custom fused glass Jewelry., or key chains. Check out the many designs in the studio and incorporate a technique you love. Jewelry is finished with Sterling Silver plated hooks.
Spoon Rest ($54) 2 hours The design possibilities are endless on this sweet spoon rest. Here’s a couple of examples… Choose to sift glass powders between two layers of glass and add mosaic designs on top or mosaic the entire piece. Either way you can’t go wrong.
Rain Chain ($72) Est. 2 hrs. Design 5 precut 3”x3” squares, or create your own shapes in this size range. Nip and cut custom mosaic glass, choose to add frit, bubbles, paints and sift glass powders to create unique vibrant designs. I have some templates, feel free to come with ideas, the options are endless. Finished with wire and twine.
Belt Buckle ($38) Est 1-1.5hr Design your own one of a kind Glass Belt Buckle! Each buckle is two-three layers thick when finished. I have precut rectangles, rounded corner rectangles and ovals. They range from 2.75-3inches in length and fit great on a 1.5” interchangeable belt. The top layer is mosaic; the second layer will have sifted glass powders. These layers will be stacked in the kiln and melt together to create your buckle. We’ll cut custom mosaic glass, use paints, and other glass embellishments to create the top layer, then sift layers of glass powders, use stencils, paper glass, and glitter to bring your design together. Once your buckle is finished and fired I will affix it to the rugged USA made stainless steel hardware.
Bugs (Small $38, Large $57) Est 1-1.5hrs These are so fun, I love them in any space! We’ll be working on a 4x6 piece of shelf paper. I have a template for an ant. You are welcome to create your own bug. Each bug has two layers cut so we can trap copper wire for legs and antenna between the layers. Sometimes we will create a channel between the layers so legs can be added later depending on the length and quantity of creepy legs you add on. Each bug comes with approximately 1’ thick copper wire for legs and 6” thin wire for antenna. More wire is available for purchase.
Bookends ($73-$84) Est 2hrs Fused Glass Bookends, Choose from a Moose, Bear, Fox, Wolf, Owl, Raven, Frog, Muskox and Salmon. You’ll learn to cut and nip glass, use glass paints, paper glass, glass powders and bubbles to create your design. Decorate yours real life style, use crazy contrasting colors or create a scene, the choices are endless. Once your shapes are fired they will be mounted onto wood and metal bookend bases. Such a cool gift for any book lover.
Copper Stem Flower ($67) 1.5hrs I don’t have much of a green thumb but even if I did, I’d love these!! Come learn the cut and nip glass, choose from a huge selection of custom mosaic glass. Use my patterns or create your own. We’ll be creating a 6” flower. Each will start with a 2 inch predrilled glass circle, petals will be cut, ground and glued around the circle and another layer will be stacked on top creating a sturdy flower. Each will be fired twice, once to melt everything together and again to slump it into a curved shape. A 2” circle center will also be decorated for the center of your flower, these will be fired twice as well and added to your flower at the end. Once finished I will add 2 feet of copper tubing, these are attached with rubber washers, a bolted directly into the copper tubing to hold it firmly.
Free Standing Wave ($44) 2hrs Design a free standing 4x6 wave. Create whatever scene you like. Nip and cut custom mosaic glass, choose to add frit, bubbles, paper glass, paints and sift glass powders to create unique vibrant designs. I have some templates, feel free to come with ideas, the options are endless. This project is fired twice, once to melt everything together and again to create the curve. Once the firing is complete, I will sand the bottom to be sure they sit well.
Large Jellyfish ($195) 2-2.5hrs Create a stunning flowing glass jellyfish. Create an Alaskan style Jelly or design your own. These eye-catching Jellyfish are fun and easy to create. We’ll cut custom mosaic glass and assemble our jelly tops. Add embellishments like paint, bubbles, frit, and paper glass to create your unique jelly. Then cut strips of clear glass for tentacles, add glass powders, paper glass, frit and bubbles for an incredibly unique look. Finally nip glass circles and make them into bubbles which hang inside your tentacles for a delicate chime. They really are magical. Finished with wire and chain. Lights available in the studio. Top Measures 9", tentacles 16".
Slinky Fish ($38) 1.5hrs Oh these are cool. Come cut a couple of clear fish shapes out of window glass. Sift glass powders to create a playful or realistic fish, add a bit of frit for added color and texture. Stack them on a special high temp wire you bend to create your curved shape. We’ll add a hook and fry them up! Measures approx. 9.5x5.5”.
Message in a Bottle ($86) Est. 2-2.5hrs Just imagine… a stormy night, rain coming down on raging waves, a struggling boat in the distance trying to stay afloat in the vast ocean. What story will you tell? We’ll mosaic, add bubbles, create an impression in the glass and if you wish write a short message trapped in your bottle. We’ll create on and in between precut glass wine bottle shapes. We’ll add rings to hang, or it can sit in a clear stand. Measures 11x4”
Pattern Strip Mobile ($78) 2hrs Create a cool patten strip mobile! Use the template to cut 8 clear base strips. Learn to cut and nip pieces from the large selection of custom handmade mosaic glass. Along with bubbles, paints, paper glass and frit to decorate your strips. We’ll add wire hooks as you create. Once fired and finished I will add rings, hook them together and finish it off with a cool rainbow prism.
Photo Album ($124) 4hrs Such a unique keepsake. I made this into a guest book and photo album for my daughter’s wedding. I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The design possibilities are endless. Create this with two layers of glass. Mosaic the top piece with custom handmade mosaic glass, frits, paints, bubbles and other glass embellishments. On your bottom glass, sift layers of glass powders, use stencils or create your own design, add paints, bubbles, glitter and paper glass if you choose. These will be stacked when they go in the kiln and fuse together. I will glue them to faux leather add photo sleeves and string it all together. I currently have patterns for whales and octopus. There are endless design options. Cover Measures 5.5x6.75", spine 5.5x3/4".
Plant Stake $18 Est 1hr We’ll build this mosaic style with a glass-on-glass technique. Cut and nip custom patterned mosaic glass along with small glass frit and chunks to create your design. Add bubbles paints, or paper glass to create your design. Measures tapered, 1.25x8.25”
Spruce Tree ($72) Est 2hrs. This will truly be one of your favorite treasures. Nip plain and custom patterned kiln fired mosaic glass, glue your nipped pieces onto your base. Once they fire the edges will smooth out and create the coolest effect. These can sit in a clear acrylic stand or a glass channel will be added to the back to fit a ¼ dowl, allowing you to create your own unique stand. Stand or channel included.
Icicle Ornament ($15) 30-1hr These classy icicles look great in your window or on your tree. They make great gifts. Make them any color you like, design with mosaic glass, or sift colored glass powders on top. Paint names, initials, or dates on/between glass pieces. These are fragile but also great for kids to decorate quickly.
Stacked Candy Cane ($38) Stacked Tree Ornament ($15) Est. 1-1.5hrs Let’s stack glass on its edge! I’ll teach you to cut, nip, and stack glass. We’ll bank our ends to control the flow/movement of the glass when it is in the kiln. Create a 6” Candy Cane or a 3 tree.
Snow Globe ($38) 1.5hrs These sweet snow globes come with a glass votive holder and battery powered tea light. Learn to nip and cut glass along with other techniques. Create yours with custom-made mosaic glass, paints, bubbles, paper glass, or impressions. The possibilities are endless!
Mini Wreath ($60) Est. 1-1.5hrs Let’s stack glass on its edge! I’ll teach you to cut, nip, and stack glass to create a sweet mini wreath! Come learn a fun technique! Finished with ribbon. Measures 5.5 inches.
