Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. *Must be 12 or older to sift glass powders. Small shapes and ornaments are great for younger ages.
Techniques: We’ll use various techniques depending on the class. Including fusing, slumping, painting, bubbles, and embossing. We’ll be creating with recycled window glass, homemade custom patterned mosaic glass, small colored glass pieces, embossing paper and glass powders, and more.
Themes: Alaskan wildflowers, fish, waves, birch trees, anything channeling Alaska and the outdoors.
I’ve been working with Fused Glass off and on for over 25 years, the last 2-3 specifically with “Float” or Window Glass.
I will guide you in creating a unique art piece you’ll love displaying in your space. Come with ideas and feel free to message me with any questions.
Your glass will be ready for pick up within 10 days.

Pet allergies, we have two dogs and two cats. The cats keep to themselves and the dogs are not in the studio during open hours.
Coffee, tea, and a light snack will be provided. Feel free to bring your favorite sip and snack of your choice.

Nightlight ($38) Est. 1hr. Create a stunning Fused Glass Nightlight or Sun-catcher. Design fireweed or look through my other templates. Feel free to create your unique design. We’ll build this mosaic style with a glass-on-glass technique. Cut and nip custom patterned mosaic glass along with small glass frit and chunks to create your design. Finished with a metal clip and a white automatic light sensitive nightlight base. Measures 3x4”, 4” circle, or triangle for tree.
Cresting Wave ($115) Est. 2.5hrs. Love the rhythm of the ocean? Use my template or design your own. Use the pre-hammered colored glass chunks or nip or cut from my custom patterned mosaic glass. Complete your scene by creating sea life impressions behind the glass. I hope this draws you in and brings you a little closer to the coast. Measures approximately 4.5” x 15”.
Circle Wave ($40) Est. 1.5hrs. Design a beautiful 5" Sun-catcher. This is just one example of a 5" sun-catcher. Cut and nip from the custom kiln fired mosaic glass and add other embellishments, the possibilities are endless! Measures approx. 5”.
Mosaic Fish Wall Hanging ($130) Est. 3-5hrs. Decorate a Beautiful Fish Wall Hanging. Comes with the design template in the picture, other templates can be fitted as well, feel free to come with design ideas. We’ll build this mosaic style with a glass-on-glass technique. Cut and nip custom patterned mosaic glass along with small glass frit and chunks to create your design. Finished with ¼ twine. Measures approx. 18”.
Birch Tree Suncatcher ($78) Est. 3hrs. (Double sided) Create a three layer Birch Tree Sun-catcher. I have lots of templates. Choose whether you would like it to hang or sit in a clear acrylic stand. Stands are an additional $3. Measures 6”.
Rainbow Sun-catcher ($112) Est. 3hrs. These look amazing in a window!! Cut, nip and glue shapes from my large selection of custom mosaic and plain glass, along with small glass pieces to create your unique rainbow. There are endless design options! We’ll create a channel at the top for a black cord to hang. Measures 3x20"
Waterfall Garden Art Plant Stake/Sun catcher ($68) Est. 2hrs. Cut custom kiln fired patterned glass along with smaller glass pieces. This stake measures 3x12”. It slides onto a stainless steel rod and is easily removed for winter, or we can add a channel and hang it with string.
Bird Wind Chime ($74) Est. 2hrs. For all the bird lovers out there, come create a bird wind-chime, use one of my templates. Or create your own design. The large bird measures approx. 6” x 4”.
Northern Lights Sun-catcher or Clock ($156) Est. 2.5hrs. We’ll build this mosaic style with a glass-on-glass technique. Cut and nip custom patterned mosaic glass along with small glass frit and chunks to create your design. Then mask and sift glass powders to create the sky and trees. Choose to use my template or draw your own. Measures 11 inches.
Salmon Wall Hanging ($130) Est. 3hrs. We’ll use two techniques to create these beauties. Cut your fish out of fiber paper to create and impression under your glass. Use stencils and bright glass powders to make them unique. Cut and nip custom patterned mosaic glass along with small glass frit and chunks to create your water. Then design your impressions and sift glass powders to melt onto your fish from behind! Finished with ¼” twine. Measures approx. 18”.
Large Kiln Carving w/Glass Powders ($86) Est. 2hrs. Use an exacto knife or scissors to cut designs out of fiber paper, this material creates and impression under the glass. You’ll cut a few larger designs and sift glass colorful glass powders onto these along with colored small glass pieces. You’ll also cut smaller designs, like swirls, leaves, birds and grass. These will remain clear and create an impression. Multiple designs available. Measures 6” x10”. Predrilled and finished with 1/4" twine.
Kiln Carving w/Glass Powders Medium ($58) Est. 1-2hrs. Use an exacto knife or scissors to cut designs out of fiber paper, this material creates and impression under the glass. You’ll cut a large design and sift glass colorful glass powders onto these along with colored small glass pieces. You’ll also cut a background design. These will remain clear and create an impression. Multiple designs available. Comes with a clear acrylic stand. Measures 4.5”x9”.
Kiln Carving w/Glass Powders Circle ($38) Est. 1-1.5hrs. Use an exacto knife or scissors to cut designs out of fiber paper, this material creates and impression under the glass. You’ll cut a larger design and sift glass colorful glass powders onto it along with colored small glass pieces. You’ll also cut smaller designs, like swirls, leaves, birds and grass. These will remain clear and create a clear impression. Multiple designs available. Measures 6”.
Succulents Plant ($58) Est. 1-1.5hrs. These sweet repositionable water free plants are the cutest in any space. Cut your petals and sift colored glass powers, choose from so many stencils. Comes with a white pot and rice.
Cactus ($76) Est. 2-3hrs. Learn to cut and nip glass, sift glass powders and make your own fused glass cactus. I have these three designs for you to choose from, feel free to create your own design. They come in a white pot of rice and no green thumbs are needed!!
Snake Plant ($128) Est. 1.5hrs. These elegant snake plant leaves are simple to make and look so beautiful. Cut your leave from clear window glass, sift colorful glass powders onto each, use stencils to create a unique design. No green thumb needed and can be easily repositioned. Finished in a 6” white pot of rice.
Jellyfish ($176) Est 2.5 hrs. These eye-catching Jellyfish are fun to create. We’ll be cutting glass strips, assembling our design and sifting glass powders. Choose a color for your Jellyfish top then use multiple colors on your tentacles, add bits of glass frit for more interest or use a stencil to create a unique design. Finished with wire and chain.
Mini Jellyfish ($98) Est 1.5 hrs. These eye-catching Jellyfish are fun to create. We’ll be cutting glass strips, assembling our design and sifting glass powders. Choose to cut strips or use a precut circle and design your jelly with custom mosaic glass. Cut and nip custom mosaic glass and add small glass pieces “frit”, and other embellishments. Give sifting glass powders a try with a variety of stencils. Finished with wire and chain.
Spruce Tree ($72) Est 2hrs. This will truly be one of your favorite treasures. Nip plain and custom patterned kiln fired mosaic glass, glue your nipped pieces onto your base. Once they fire the edges will smooth out and create the coolest effect. These can sit in a clear acrylic stand or a glass channel will be added to the back to fit a ¼ dowl, allowing you to create your own unique stand. Stand or channel included.
Beaded Fish Mobile ($86) Est. 2-3hrs. I’m loving these fun beaded fish mobiles! Come cut glass, assemble your pieces and sift glass powders, I have lots of stencils. Each will be finished with twine and natural wood beads. This is a great project if you’re new to cutting and glass powders!
Birch Tree Clock/Sun-catcher ($156) Est. 2hrs. I just love clocks! No templates on these. I’ll teach you how to cut the glass and the trees will grow as you go. When your trees done, you’ll sift glass powders and add other details on top to finish it off. Measures 11” across. Hangs with 1/4" twine, or clock hardware with black or white hands. Please let me know during checkout if you’d like yours as a clock or sun-catcher.
Wise Old Owl ($95) Est. 2-2.5hrs. We’re owl in this together!! Our base is an 8” precut glass circle. I’ll teach you to cut and nip feathers and other details. When you’re ready you’ll sift glass powders on top and we’ll fire them in the kiln! Feel free to use mosaic glass as well. These are finished with ¼” twine.
Birch Tree ($98) Est. 2-2.5hrs. (Two layers powder between) Come make a beautiful, layered birch tree with me. We’ll use two layers of 9x6” glass and sift glass powders between using stencils to create shadows and detail. Then build your birch trees on top. Using stencils with glass powders can be tricky, I usually suggest steady hands a flexible attitude is helpful as we cannot restart once mix colors. Lots of Ideas can be used with this technique. Your second sheet of glass is included.
Coaster ($22-28) Est. 1hr. Sift Glass Powders or Mosaic to create your own custom coaster. Comes with rubber feet. The example is glass powders sifted onto the glass and stencils to help create the clouds and trees. Measures 4”x4”.
Bird Feeder – ($96-$112) Est. 2-3hrs. Let”s feed some sweet birdies! Create a fused glass roof to shelter a suet treat. These measure 8”x8”. Each side needs designed with weight balance in mind, choose to sift glass powders or mosaic. They fire twice in the kiln, once to melt the glass together, and another to bend it into a curved shape. A perfect little roof!!
Rain Chain ($62-$72) Est. 2 hrs. Design 5 precut 3”x3” squares. Choose to nip and cut clear glass then sift glass powders to create unique vibrant designs. Or build yours mosaic style with custom mosaic glass. I have some templates, feel free to come with ideas, the options are endless. Each square will be fused to small rings and finished with twine.
Mosaic Mirror (11" Large $144/ 6.5" Small $75) Est. 2-3hrs. This is one of my favorites! Come create a beautiful, fused glass mirror. Cut shapes to assemble your design. Choose from my selection of custom kiln fired patterned and plain glass, along with small glass pieces to create your unique piece. Use my template or design your own! Finished with a mirror and hidden hanger.
Nautilus ($95) Est. 2 hrs. There’s something about the seaside. This beautiful, stacked glass nautilus shell brings me there every time. Create your own unique shell. Cut strips of clear and custom mosaic glass, stack your pieces on edge incorporating clear and your pa favorite custom patterned glass. Everything softens in the kiln and bends to a wonderful, elegant texture. Measures approx 8".
Wall Vase ($62) Est. 1.5-2hrs This lovely wall vase holds water and a handful of cut flowers. Such a cute vase for kids and adults to display cut flowers or starters in. Finished with twine. Measures approx 9" Class size 4-16.
Stacked Cross ($60) Est. 1-1.5hrs. Create a stunning clear or colorful stacked Cross. Cut strips of clear and custom mosaic glass and stack them on edge. Each piece comes with a wall hook. Measures approx. 8" Class size 6-12
Burst ($95) Est. 2hrs. Create your own burst of glass, color and light! This stunning piece is impressive. Cut strips of clear and custom mosaic glass to build your design. Finished with twine. Measures approx. 8". Class size 4-8.
Bubbles and Crackle ($56) 1.5-2hrs. Choose from my designs or create our own, learn to cut and nip glass to create your elements. Use glass powders to create the crackle and bubble paints, paint, and frit to finish your creation. The magic transformation happens in the kiln. Rings can be added to hang. Stands or frames can be purchased in the studio. Square base glass measures 6".
Glass Powdered Mirror (11.5" Large $128/ 7" Small $58) Est. 2hrs. Create a beautiful fused glass mirror. Cut clear glass shapes and sift glass powders. This is a great starter project for anyone new to cutting and sifting powders! Finished with a mirror and hidden hanger.
Charcuterie Board ($185) Est. 3hrs. Decorate a unique recycled glass charcuterie board. We’ll cut, nip and glue custom mosaic glass onto your base. Then create a few impressions and sift glass powders that melt onto the glass from behind! These are fired in the kiln twice, once to melt everything together and another to bend the handles. Measures 8x17”.
Wildflower Panel (Large $130) (Small $70) Est. 3-5hrs. Decorate a unique sign or panel, add words, numbers or leave it blank. I have many templates, feel free to come with your own design ideas. We’ll cut, nip and glue pre-colored plain and patterned window glass shapes onto our base glass to create different designs. Choose Vertical or Horizontal. Vertical is the most common choice and the direction I have the most templates. Measures 6"x16" and & 9x4.
