The Temperamental Nature of Glass - Glass is beautiful but completely unpredictable. Minor air bubbles, surface textures, and color shifts are natural parts of the process.
No two pieces ever melt the same way, making your artwork 100% unique!

The Kiln & Lack of Control - Fusing requires extreme kiln heat averaging 1300°F–1500°F. Inside the kiln, physics takes over and absolute control is impossible.
Because of intense thermal stress, glass can occasionally warp, crack, or break during the firing process.

Our Happiness Commitment - While we cannot control the laws of physics inside a scorching kiln, we will do our absolute best to keep you happy!
If the kiln gods deliver an unexpected failure, we will work with you to make it right.
